Sophia is a nice and approachable lady. We got to know about her through her email advertisements. She would frequently inform us of newly-launched condos via email, but would not pester us to meet up. It was only until we found a suitable condo that we contacted her. On our first meeting, she made us feel very comfortable. Despite the detailed explanation. thorough visit of the showroom and useful advice given by her, we did not commit immediately on our first visit. Yet. she didn't look upset and continued her friendly chats with us and only messaged us a few days later to follow up. Convinced by her sales pitch and touched by her sincerity. we eventually bought a unit from her. Her after-sales service was equally good. She would update us on the latest pricing and market trends and even made the effort to send us greeting messages during festive seasons. We will definitely introduce her to our friends if they need any housing agents and we hope Sophia will continue with her positive attitude at work
